Please allow 24 hours to process all prescription requests. Many prescriptions require authorization by the prescribing veterinarian and we recommend planning ahead for weekends, holidays, and travel.

We encourage our My Vetstore Online users to take advantage of specials, coupons, and rebates. Most food and monthly preventatives will ship for free and free shipping is available for minimum purchase amounts of other products.
To make online shipping accessible to all of our clients, we can help setup online accounts, manage orders, and have items shipped for those clients that do not have access to a computer or do not want to pay online.
Refill Prescription Requests:
If your pet needs a medication refill that they have been prescribed previously by one of our veterinarians please fill out this request form and we will contact you when the medication has been approved and refilled. Email your request to vettech@wvhcares.com.
Please allow 24-48 hours for medications to be refilled.
We check our email Monday-Friday. Please expect a delay in refills over holiday breaks as we may be out of the clinic.
