I also founded/directed an animal rescue in Kansas from 2010 to 2015. I started working here at WVH in 2018 and am now currently a receptionist, but previously was a technician. I love working with animals and anything outdoors. In my spare time, I enjoy archery, hunting, fishing, riding ATV trails, and just overall time in nature and gardening. Hi, my name is Trish. I began working in the veterinary field in 1981 and have been working with small animals ever since. Throughout my career, I have worked with various practices, all of which have enhanced my love of animals. I truly enjoy all aspects of working in a veterinary practice from educating clients to working directly with the patients as a technician. My favorite part of the job is working one-on-one with the diverse array of animals we get to see on a regular basis. I very much enjoy preparing for and monitoring patients during surgery. In my spare time, I like spending time outdoors, going camping and fishing, and spending time with my family.

Ariana

Hi, my name is AJ. I have been working in the veterinary field since 2013. I grew up in Kansas where I started at a small one-doctor clinic, working with large and small animals. I moved to Michigan in the summer of 2020 to start working at WVH and have been here since. My favorite part of working in this field is being able to problem-solve on a day-to-day basis, and continually helping those who can’t speak for themselves. I am currently in the process of getting my license and have specific interests in dentistry, rehabilitation, and radiology. As much as I love to spend time working, in my free time I enjoy many outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, going to rodeos, and exploring with my dog, Sage.
