DR. CRYSTAL EBERLY, DVM

Medical Director

Hello, my name is Crystal Eberly. I graduated from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, and I also have a Bachelor's degree from OSU in Animal Nutrition.  I really enjoy implementing nutritional health in all the internal medicine I practice.  I also have a special interest in senior pet medicine and I think you will find that I always have your pet's best interests in mind.  I pride myself and my staff on our dedication to make your pet as happy and healthy as possible during all of your pet's life stages.  Personally, I love being the mother of my four children, Corrynn, Carrigan, Cameron and Conrad, spending time with my husband, Chad, fishing, gardening, and spending time at the lake with my family and friends.

My name is Barbara Butman and I am delighted to join the excellent team at WVH.  I attended Michigan State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Zoology and Animal Husbandry.  I earned my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from MSU in 1979 and have been practicing in the Ann Arbor area for over 30 years.  My many years of experience have given me a unique perspective on all aspects and life phases of my patients.  I believe that accurate diagnosis and successful treatment plans begin with good client communication.  My areas of special interest include soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, behavior, and internal medicine.  My own animal menagerie includes two Hanoverian horses, three wonderful "mutts", and four felines.  Outside of work I am an avid equestrian and train in dressage.

Hello, my name is Christina Butler and I joined Washtenaw Veterinary Hospital in Spring 2017. I earned my doctor of veterinary medicine degree at Michigan State University, and my undergraduate studies were also at MSU in clinical laboratory sciences. What I enjoy most about veterinary medicine is the opportunity to work together with owners to develop a unique health plan that considers and fulfills the needs of both them and their pets. My other professional interests include internal medicine, oncology, and feline medicine. When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and being a proud pet parent to two animals — Honey Bear, my three-legged cat and Iggy, my guinea pig! I look forward to meeting and working with all the wonderful patients and clients at WVH!
